We also accept payments via PayPal. As this is done entirely through the PayPal system, so we never have access to your card details. Our website is also actively monitored 24x7 to make sure that we are always open, safe and ready for shopping.

Our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of all our customers. All personal information collected on this website is kept strictly confidential. Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Order process

We use a secure server for your privacy and security. Online payment using the above mentioned credit cards can be made in the following way:

  • When you are ready to check out, you will be taken to a secure page and section of this site.You will be asked to fill out information:
  • Your name (as it reads on your credit card)
  • Your credit card type, number, and expiration date
  • Alternatively just login information to your PayPal account

When you have paid the right amount, we will notice it immediately and send your products without delay.

NOTICE! IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PAY WITHOUT DELAY. WE WILL NOT SEND THE PRODUCTS BEFORE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE PAYMENT.

Payment is secure, as we have high standards of security, so you can purchase with confidence with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and other supported credit and debit cards.

Order Changes

You can make any change or modification of your order (like change of color or add some product to your order) before the order is packed and shipped. For these changes we charge no fee. Just let us know by e-mail about the change. We will confirm you back that the modification to your order was done.

Exchange Policy

Customer full satisfaction is our main goal! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, exchange it for FREE! (Product must be eligible for exchange) No Restocking Fees! Only additional extra shipping charges will apply.

Return Policy

We accept returns on all eligible products (see below). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order or to your PayPal account.

Exchange or Return Product Eligibility

In order to exchange/return products must be:

  • In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
  • Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange).
  • Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving the original order.

Products must not be: On sale or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will inform you by email.

How to Exchange or Return:
1) Inform us by e-mail about your intention to return/exchange
2) Repackage your item(s) along with the note about the exchange/return and mail it to our address within 10 days of receipt of original shipment.

Shipping Information

We offer free international air mail shipping for any order placed on our website. Time of delivery may vary from 3 to 30 days. Usually our parcels can reach any location within 4–9 business days.

We cannot ship via a traceable method with our free worldwide delivery service. Delivery time cannot be precisely guaranteed, just estimated. If you want us to ship by DHL, UPS or another fast traceable method, let us know by e-mail, we will charge you just additional shipping fee. For orders over $1,000 there is a free upgrade to DHL shipping, so no additional shipping fee will apply and you will be provided with DHL tracking number immediately after the shipment.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

Cancellation Fees

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, cancellation after 24 hours of placing order, or cancellation after shipment, there will be a 35% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 12 hours of order placement. Contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 12 hours of processing. NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Under the sales records, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. He is also obliged to register a revenue received from the Tax online; in case of technical failure, then within 48 hours.

Shipping Delays
